Had timing belt replaced in Jan 2016. It broke in July 2016. Contacted manager Andrew and he was nice enough to honor shop warranty and replaced timing belt, tensioner, and idler pulley. Also sent over complimentary tow truck to get my car over to shop to be serviced. Good experience.

I was pleased to get car in first thing. I was called back with a quote in timely fashion. Appears work was done. No one could tell me if a reconditioned alternator or not. No one could tell me the mfg warranty. No written guarantee was provided. I appreciated the shuttle service. I was forgotten on the pickup, within 30 minutes. Glad i called or I would not have had my car

West lake Houston Auto staff are very professional, and aways willing to to fit you in if you need anything for your car right away. They are very nice to work with. I don't feel like Im ever being taken advantage of and all the repairs done to my vehicles are on target. Thank you for being an honest place to bring my cars.

We are very happy with the work we have had done. Even when the problem is difficult to figure out they keep with it until the car is fixed. They provide excellent communication throughout the process too.
