I have been using West Lake Houston for ten years for most of my auto service. I have always found them to be professional and polite. When I have had concerns over some of the repair costs and shopped around I occasionally found a couple places cheaper in the short term, but the quality and willingness to stand behind the service was just not there like it is a West Lake Houston. I highly recommend this place for your general service needs.

Inspection, oil change and rotation of tires. This was the first time if used West Lake Houston Automotive. I am very satisfied. Everyone I came in to contact with was very professional and courteous. I will come back.
