Not only am I impressed with their mechanical abilities but also their passion to ensure their customers are taken care of first and foremost. My most recent visit for a routine oil change is a great example. A couple were getting ready to make the long drive to Atlanta and they noticed their tire would not hold air, they brought it into Westlake Houston and were in and out without any major impact to holiday their travel plans. They are the true embodiment of excellence!
