To change the oil and fix a tire with a nail took too, too long and apparently the oil change was only begun when I phoned 4 hours after leaving the vehicle -- which was driven there a distance of less than a mile by my wife to leave it in the morning (so they didn't have to wait that long for the engine and oil to cool before working on it). Disapponted with this visit compared to other experiences with WLH. Hopefully it was an anomoly. Will reconsider whether to continue doing business with WLH in the future.

I just got my flat tire fixed 7/14/2015, I was running on a tight schedule, they got me in faster than the estimated time they told me,and got me out back on the road, and since I have used them before it was n/c. ! Thank You! Excellent customer service!
