We have been going to West Lake Houston automotive since we moved back to Houston over eight years ago. We take all of our vehicles in for maintenance and service and do not plan to go anywhere else. this now includes most of our extended family .Their service is excellent and the people working there are extremely honest. A number of times I have taken a vehicle in thinking that costly work was needed and later received a call that only minor or no repairs were needed. I recommend them highly to anyone needing any type of work or service on their vehicles.

Great Customer Service and Convenient. However, I have had to return back to the shop multiple times due to incorrectly diagnosing an issue, because they forgot to do a repair that I asked for, or because the repair wasn't done correctly resulting in mechanical problems. Each time they've stood behind their work, but good customer service can't replace money spent and time lost.
