The entire staff, especially Andrew went above and beyond to resolve my issue. My oil drain plug was stripped, and they determined it was the fault of the last shop that did my oil change. They found a new oil pan, and after the other shop agreed to pay for the damages, Andrew worked with them to get my car fixed that same day. He also found a part for my Tahoe that was needed to fix the tailgate and didn't charge me for the small clip it required. I continue to be impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the entire staff at West Lake Houston Automotive. I will continue to take my vehicles there for service.
