BAD .The staff should get familiar with the payment options the offer. They advertise Car Care One but they don't know how to use it in their system and you can't apply from their website. You have to Google it to find it. The excuse was " I only been here a month" coming from the manager. they should manage to call people back when they say they are.GOOD. I made an appointment online for service and found a very well run business. The store, shop, and waiting areas were clean, made a great presentation and impression on this customer. The service person was polite and knowledgeable of the operations and repairs.It's good to have a repair shop with management such as yours in the community. Not very impressed with the length of time for the last two repairs. My Toyota Camry was in the shop for almost a week and the suspension & exhaust problems were identified.My wife brought the Chrysler T&C in at around 0930 hrs for a battery replacement and to check for a brake noise. She got the car back mid afternoon and narrowly missed picking the children up from school. I understand if you are busy, but please schedule a time when you can do the work.I heard the break noise and I do not agree this is normal for the Chrysler T&C. I will take to another shop to check this out.

I have taken my car to West Lake Automotive on four separate occasions for four different problems. Each time, they have diagnosed and repaired the car quickly, and the problem has not returned. I believe their mechanics are very good, and the service/repair scheduling staff is both efficient and good at communication. I will continue to use their services.

As usual, everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. I have been going there since they opened, and I expect to go there as long as I have a car and live in Kingwood.

Andrew took care of my vehicle and my husband's vehicle in a timely and professional manner. The wait time was minimal and we were pleased with the service we received. My husband travels frequently and it is nice to know that I can count on West Lake Houston Automative if I have a vehicle issue.

What I like about West Lake Houston Automotive is that they go the extra mile and check everything. They get your vehicle in, get the work done in a timely manner and get you back on the road quickly which is very important to me!
