You guys are great!

I have been taking both of my cars (an Acura and a Hyundai) to West Lake Houston automotive for several years. They always treat me well and fairly. The only time I even consider going anywhere else is when I require a service that they don't do (like collision repair.)

As always West Lake Houston Automotive did a great job. Their shuttle took me home when I dropped our car off. They called soon after to let me know what repairs were needed. Repairs were completed on time and they called as soon as the car was ready to be picked up. I've found West Lake Houston Automtive to be competent and very honest.

My favorite place to have my vehicles serviced. Great work at a fair price. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I became a repeat customer of West Lake Houston Automotive because of the great customer service of their previous manager, Kevin. He was friendly, courteous and professional. While I miss the personal relationship my family developed with Kevin, I will continue to use this store because of their commitment to customer service. The staff has lost the personal touch that brought me back to West Lake Houston Automotive, but they remain professional and my service is always good.
