Expert Auto Repair In Kingwood

Had to call and ask if my car was ready on Saturday because I was concerned it wasn't ready before closing although I dropped it off before 10 a.m. Apparently, they just forgot to call me when my car was ready. It really messed up my Saturday because I had to coordinate, kids, wife's work, etc with one car. Would have been nice to know it was completed hours before but no call.

Always polite, professional, experienced and knowledgeable. They are also very honest about their repair time estimates. If they say they will fix a car in 1 hour, you can bank on that. There are no surprises. Our family trusts the maintenance of our two vehicles to West Lake Houston Automotive, exclusively.

Dropped car off in late afternoon with no appointment and they were able to get work done b4 end of day. Always reliable, trustworthy and fast.
