I have been taking both of my cars (an Acura and a Hyundai) to West Lake Houston automotive for several years. They always treat me well and fairly. The only time I even consider going anywhere else is when I require a service that they don't do (like collision repair.)

As always West Lake Houston Automotive did a great job. Their shuttle took me home when I dropped our car off. They called soon after to let me know what repairs were needed. Repairs were completed on time and they called as soon as the car was ready to be picked up. I've found West Lake Houston Automtive to be competent and very honest.

While I miss the personal relationship my family developed with Kevin, I will continue to use this store because of their commitment to customer service.
