Had to call and ask if my car was ready on Saturday because I was concerned it wasn't ready before closing although I dropped it off before 10 a.m. Apparently, they just forgot to call me when my car was ready. It really messed up my Saturday because I had to coordinate, kids, wife's work, etc with one car. Would have been nice to know it was completed hours before but no call.
