I took my van in because it was running a little rough. After an inspection and two test drives nothing turned up. Even with all the labor, there was no charge!

I had some confusion about when service was supposed to be finished. As a result, I had to take my car without having the work done. They called afterwards and offered to come and get my car if that was more convenient. I appreciated them going the extra mile.

Called in to work at 3 a.m.Saturday morning, my truck broke down (Transmission). I had it towed to West Lake Houston Automotive, where i met the manager Kevin. Was'nt long after when Kevin called telling me the problem (transmission) needed an overhaul. Worked with me on the price (online coupons), and it was home that day. I was called in again at 3 a.m. Sunday morning and was able to report. Trucks running awesome. Wonderful job! I would recommend this business..Keep up the good work.

Good job overall. Still minor problems which need attention. Unable to come back for repair of minor problems on a timely basis, so hopefully, I will be able to return before any guarantee expires.
