Expert Auto Repair In Kingwood

I took my car in to have a couple slow leaks fixed on tires...they fixed it with no appointment. they were friendly and courteous. I'm new to the kingwood area, they recognized that and didn't charge me for the service, as a welcome to the neighborhood gesture. really nice folks. will go back there regularly.

When I came to your shop I was greeted by a nice young man named Dylan. I had actually spoken to him on the telephone two days before I brought my vehicle for service. Dylan made me feel I was the only customer there, with great service and by carefully listening to what my car needed. Then they offered me a ride home, I was driven by a gentleman named Brian, who was very polite and professional. When I came back to retrieve my car, I expressed my satisfaction to a gentleman named Kevin. The car runs like a Mink. Thank you so much for excellent customer service and great people skills, plus providing good service to my vehicle.

My car was serviced and ready on time. I will continue to use WLHA for all required maintenance on my vehicles.

Courteous staff, I brought my truck in for a state inspection without an appointment and was told that there were two ahead of me. I went home and got my second vehicle and returned to drop off the truck. At 3:32 pm I receive a call saying that the truck was ready. I returned to pick the truck up and was greeted by a cherful counter person. I paid the bill and left. When I picked my vehicle up it had started raining. I turned on the wipers and realized that the wiper blade on the drivers side was torn (has been for a while) and still streaking about eyelevel high. I called your shop back to inquire about the cost of a replacement set and was told they normally run about $15.00 each and that rarely unless the vehicle was a Merceedes or other high end car they should have blades. My question is how through is your inspection and why couldn't I get a firm price on the cost of the wiper blade?

Each time I go to West Lake Houston Automotive I have a very good experience.
