Being from out of state & having some brake issues, I was in a quandry as to where to take my car. I happened to look at the "yelp" site & saw that West Lake Houston Automotive had excellent reviews & was very close to where I was staying. So, I took the car there. They all were so very helpful. They inspected my car, took me back to where I was staying til the car was done. After the car was done, they came & picked me up again so that I could get my car. AND after their inspection, they found that my brakes were just fine--albeit a bit dirty--and didn't charge me a thing. VERY thankful!!! DEFINITELY recommend this place!

I have and will continue to bring my vehicle to West Lake Houston Auto for the simple fact that they do the job right and provide excellent customer service. This is very pertinent in a community of the size. It is nice to know that you can entrust someone with your vehicle and know that when you get it back, it will be repaired and road safe.

This is the primary place other than the dealer where I take my vehicles for services that I'd rather not do myself. They are always very nice and assist me promptly. This last time was for a motorcycle safety inspection. I dropped in without an appointment, they pulled a tech over to inspect the bike while I waited and I was on my way.

Just another typical visit...they know us there. It is so refreshing to go to a place where you are greeted by name and are treated so politely. Even when they are busy, there is a greeting when you walk in. The staff are so friendly. Since we moved to Kingwood this is where we take all our vehicles. Wonderful service
