Statement: The only thing I have heard in your review is that the total dollar amount of your bill could have been less. It also could have been more, or different. Were they friendly, was the shop clean, or was the repair properly done and on time? I feel it is your responsibility to be an equitable judge. In your review, I would like to see a fair evaluation for all parties, including the party who did not perform any work, but had the advantage of quoting the job rate after the work was done. My reply is not from the repair shop, or even a customer of theirs, but from a person who has been on both sides of the same fence.

My husband and I always take our cars here. We trust their opinions and their work is top-rate.
