I had a problem of my Honda showing my tire psi was low and another problem of a strange rubbing noise coming from the rear. Conley got my car right in, and they reset the TPMS system. They also found a metal plate hitting a rear tire and fixed that. Conley did all this for NO CHARGE! In the past, Conley has given me Veteran discounts. I highly recommend WLHA!
Fantastic customer service and great work! Dropped off my Honda Odyssey to be serviced and received a detailed invoice upon paying that showed my vehicle health - things that were checked and okay and things that needed to be serviced soon along with pictures! No one wants to be taken advantage of at an auto shop, and you can tell they truly want to do what is best for the customer. Thank you Conely and team for your awesome service!
I haven't had good experiences taking my car to the car shop in the past. As soon as I walked in, I was acknowledged and assisted by Sean, who was courteous, knowledgeable and diligent. He answered all my questions. Then, I asked if somebody could shuttle me to my workplace and José dropped me there. I explained to him the rattle noise my car was making and my concerns in that regard and the bill I will have to pay for such inspection. He made me rest assure that the vehicle was going to be checked. 3 hours later I was notified the car was checked and the car oil was changed. This time I was not ripped off for the repair nor the oil change! Thank you so much for everything. I am your new loyal customer.

Not even a week after my tires were balanced I needed another one done. Also during the repair I had a tire sensor get broken so I took it back to get it fixed and got my car back with all 4 sensors out. I will not be returning.
