I called the 3 busiest shops in Kingwood for a price to replace the Alternator on our Murano. Got the same price estimate at all 3. I chose West Lake Houston Auto primarily because of the way they handled the call (very kind and quick to call me back). During repair, they ran into other issues and called me to explain and asked for more time. They came to the house when it was finished and gave me a ride to the shop. I was really surprised that they charged us less than the original estimate! If you have ever had the Alternator on a Murano replaced, you know it's like "open heart surgery". I have found a new auto shop for all of our future repairs and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that asks. Dave
