I took my car in for an oil change. I had an appointment. They took the car into the garage at the time the appointment was to be, took care of the procedure, gave me a discount via a mailing that had been sent out and sent me on my way. I was not there for much more than 30 to 45 minutes. I was quite pleased with the service.
