The Lexus had a number of mechanical, electrical and computer issues all related to a loss of cylinder function and abnormal noise; diagnosis was unique in that the root causes of this issue was caused by more than one central problem. The tech involved was methodical in the diagnosis and ultimately found the problems. Due to the age of the vehicle, required parts were delayed in arrival and required research throughout. After the car was repaired, it was returned for additional repairs unrelated to the first visit. I give good marks for the processes involved with the exception of communication back to the customer-this could improve. Thanks
