Overall, I was satisfied with the work and will continue to use your service. However, I would have appreciated it if you had called when you had to delay the time frames (twice) that you gave me. I know you were stretched but not showing up when you said you would, without calling, caused inconveniences.

I would not recommend West Lake Houston Automotive for an alignment. I had my car aligned in late August and had a sensor light come on shortly after. The sensor read that my car was out of alignment and I noticed my steering wheel was crooked. (Wheel alignment 101??) I was able to make it back into the shop today and was told that “road conditions and potholes” were the reason my cars alignment lasted less than 2 months. I was charged $65 for an alignment today after just paying $110 4 months ago for an alignment that wasn’t done correctly. I definitely won’t be returning to this shop.
