I won't come back here. I returned for a follow up less than a year after they did AC service on 2003 vehicle. Called ahead a week prior and they offered an appt day and time, then I dropped off car at 9am appt time to recheck previous work. I called several hours later and was told they were pulling it in now. I called 26 hours from when I dropped it off and again explained they were pulling it in now, again. They explained no work had been done yet so being disappointed and frustrated I went pick up my car; it was still exactly were I parked it. Brought it to Kings Crossing... If they simply would have been honest with the update on day 1 after having the car for hours, and transparent about seemingly being too busy to check my AC I might rate them differently, but that didn't happen.
Mr. Turner, We do sincerely apologize for the delay to check your vehicle and for the poor communication and follow up. We are very sorry to hear that you will not be returning. You do have an in store credit of $100.00 should you change your mind and give us another opportunity to earn your business.
