An amazing response from Matt and his Team at WLHA! My radiator blew out the afternoon before I was supposed to depart for an extended trip to Big Bend with friends. Matt not only sourced a new radiator for my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee but had it installed the following day. I made the trip and had an awesome time! Thanks WLHA!!!

I took my Traverse into to have some issues fixed. Everyone here is very professional and kind. They are very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. They informed me of something that I may need done in the future but assured me it didn’t necessarily need to be done at this time. I appreciate that because they could have easily told me it was urgent, when it wasn’t which in turn would have cost $1100 that I didn’t plan on spending. I appreciate their sincerity, professionalism and honesty.

These guys are great! They really care and look out for their customers. My car broke down and I had it towed to them. After looking it over they told me that since it was under 30,000 miles, everything was still under warranty and I would probably get it fixed for free at the dealership. Meaning they would lose my business. I appreciated them looking out for me. Every time my car is with them they’re quick, easy to get ahold of, and very nice. I couldn’t recommend them more!

The guys at West Lake Houston Automotive went above and beyond to get my car quickly and expertly fixed for a last-minute, long-distance trip. They were accommodating and fast with a reasonable price for the work that needed to be done. They have a lifetime customer in me!
