Expert Auto Repair In Kingwood

I've been bringing my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee to WLHA for 10 years now. This time I had a 60k service and the brakes done. Matt and his team explained everything they discovered during the service and told me up front what the options were and what the costs would be. Great communication and thorough repairs. I'd recommend WLHA for everything from an oil change to major repairs.

The entire personnel at the WLHA is impressive. The always meet my expectations and they ALWAY GO THE EXTRA MILES. I’ve been using them for a couple of years and as far as I’m concerned they are the best in the kingwood’s area. Matt and the rest of the team are just awesome. STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.

The quality of service is horrible, took my girlfriends car in for A/C repair and it would’ve taken them three days and $377 for a simple blower motor replacement, did it myself for $250 cheaper and within 15 minutes. The next day the A/C stops cooling and it turns out, after dye and vacuum tests, that west lake auto sucked all of the refrigerant out of the system and I had to pay $50 for a new can of refrigerant because these clowns couldn’t do it right the first time. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE THEY ARE AS DISHONEST AS ONE CAN GET!

Major patience on display on the part of all the employees but especially Matt - searching for my book and responding to my other questions and countless phone calls that I made about said book, etc.! Sorry for those phone calls, you guys! Thanks to all who serviced my VUE. It's the last auto I will own and so to have it in your capable care gives me peace. See you as soon as I can save up $$$ for the rest of the repairs/maintenance. Thanks again.
