UPDATE--- Owner called today and apologized for the inaccurate quote. He is even mailing me a check for the diagnostic and giving me a $100 gift card. What a great way to turn a bad experience to a good experience! Was told to drop my car off, I got it there at noon on Thursday. Never received a call that day to let me know what was going on with my radiator. I called them at 4:45PM and they said it would be the next day. They called at noon the next day to let me know a radiator for a 2006 Dodge Charger RT was going to be $889!! I called three other mechanics in the Kingwood area and they were all in the high $400's to low $500's. I was told to use one of them then and to come get my car and pay a $60 diagnostic fee. What a rip off!

I've been bringing my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee to WLHA for 10 years now. This time I had a 60k service and the brakes done. Matt and his team explained everything they discovered during the service and told me up front what the options were and what the costs would be. Great communication and thorough repairs. I'd recommend WLHA for everything from an oil change to major repairs.
