Expert Auto Repair In Kingwood

My daughters car got a screw stuck in the tire. Once we got the car to West Lake Houston Automotive they repaired the tire and did not charge us for the repair. I think that is great customer service!

I was disappointed that an oil change cost $64, took almost 90 minutes, and a new reminder sticker was not included. That being said, I gave been a customer for 13 years and have been a satisfied customer. This one disappointment won't keep me from frequenting the establishment or from enthusiastically recommending them.

This place used to be my go-to. Could trust these guys to give me an honest report and evaluate my vehicle. But not anymore! Just like the rest of the auto shops. Preying on your ignorance. Don’t go here. They will screw you.

Brought my car in for inspection and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone was friendly and professional.
