It is hard to find a repair shop that you would feel good about leaving your vehicle with or someone you can trust. Being new to the area I was looking for a new shop to take my vehicles. The slogan "Your Dealership Alternative" scared me, but ratings from several sites looked pretty good so I rolled the dice. The folks are nice and kept me informed, came back with an estimate that seems to be in-line with the work to be done and I verified the problem last night with a black light in the darkness. The car isn't worth the money to repair the AC and I'd rather use the money towards a down on a new car. They finished with a State Safety Inspection and a lube, oil and filter. The total for the entire job was reasonable and they accepted their $30.00 off coupon. All in all I was satisfied and I'll be returning to West Lake Houston Automotive.

West Lake Houston Automotive has always done a good when working on our vehicles. I would highly recommend them for any automotive work.
